What file formats do you accept?

We accept print-ready PDF files (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 preferred), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), and InDesign (.indd) files. All files should be in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI resolution with 0.125" bleed on all sides.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Most of our products have no minimum order requirement — you can order as few as one unit. However, higher quantities unlock better per-unit pricing. Check each product page for specific quantity breaks and pricing tiers.

What are your standard turnaround times?

Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days from proof approval. Rush turnaround (1-2 business days) is available for most products at an additional cost. Same-day printing is available for select products and convention venues in major cities like Las Vegas, Orlando, and New York.

Do you offer design services?

Yes! Our in-house design team can create custom artwork from scratch or refine your existing designs. Basic layout adjustments are complimentary with any print order, while full custom design projects start at $75.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for orders over $500. All transactions are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.
