1. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features or purchase custom materials, you may need to register an account or submit contact information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to maintain the security of any credentials used to access our platforms.
2. Custom Artwork and File Submissions
You are solely responsible for the content of the designs, artwork, images, and text you upload or submit to inkWhirl for custom printing. By submitting designs, you warrant that you own the intellectual property rights or possess valid licensing permissions for all content. We reserve the right to reject orders containing content that violates copyright laws, or is deemed offensive or inappropriate.
3. Print Proofs and Color Matching
We make every effort to produce high-quality printing matching your designs. However, because color calibration varies across monitors, digital previews may differ slightly from the physical printed product. inkWhirl is not responsible for minor color variances, spelling/typo errors in customer-provided artwork, or file resolution issues. We highly recommend reviewing file quality before final submission.
4. Payment and Orders
All prices listed on our product page or quoted via inquiry are subject to change without notice. Full payment or authorized purchase orders are required before production begins. Once an order has entered production, cancellations or modifications may not be allowed due to the customized nature of the prints.
5. Shipping, Delivery and Venue Deliveries
For exhibition and convention graphics, we guarantee on-time shipping to the selected venue centers (e.g. Las Vegas, Orlando, etc.). However, inkWhirl is not liable for carrier delays, customs delays, force majeure events, or loss once packages are handed to the shipping provider or venue logistics desk.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall inkWhirl, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products, websites, or services. Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
